It makes us excited knowing our couples are willing to share with us their common interests and are wanting to incorporate that into their engagement session.
This Saturday was absolutely amazing and fun in every way possible. Katie and Sean reached out to us for an engagement session and mentioned they were both car enthusiasts and wanted their photos to be done at Autobahn Country Club, there was no way we could say no.
Katie and Sean met in college back in 2016. Katie was the first to express her feelings, that's when Sean asked her to be his girlfriend and their love story began.
We couldn't help but wonder how Sean proposed and listening to the story put a huge smile on our faces, and gave us a bit of a laugh. Katie mentioned that day started with bird droppings on her while at lunch with her friends in Chicago. We've heard that's a sign of good luck which for Katie, we believe it was!
With Katie's friend and her boyfriend she was given a tour of the building they lived in and to Katie's surprise, Sean was waiting for her down a hallway surrounded by roses and candles.
This brings us to this Saturday, where we had more than fun doing this photoshoot for them. Their love is so natural, it was so hard to pick the best pictures. With sometimes having props it's easy for the props to be the main attraction, but Katie and Sean shined brighter than anyone or anything that day!
We definitely can not wait to work with them during the wedding, we just know it will be great. Congrats to the newly engaged couple!
